Wrong mirror server location

https://manjaro.lucassymons.net/ can’t be located in Australia: it has a way too fast response for my location.

First, we should classify: does wrong country location is the issue or not: Should a cloud based mirror be reported as exact country? Should users has wrong data of exact country location on actually cloud mirror server?

Second, if to fix the issue, then how? To make it country value as Global?
