[parition] Do not unmount /dev/mapper/ventoy 

Ventoy uses /dev/mapper/ventoy to provide the ISO.
Unmounting /dev/mapper/ventoy is not desired since certain ISOs may have mounts that rely on it existing for the unpackfs step
