Some new stuff:

• Fix some permission issues when used with github CI.
• "Generating keyrings" should now be much quicker.
• Generate proper SSL certificates when building.
• Fix a bug in the btrfs support for rpi4.
• Add Radxa Zero support
• No longer uses the host's pacman to generate the pkglist file.
• The logs from the tools was getting messy in /var/log directly. So now we put them in a separate folder to keep /var/log clean.
• Update qemu-aarch64-static to version 6.1.
• Fix pinephone uboot flashing with the new uboot filenames.
